First generation of Equinex was sold since 2004 and still running in production till now, started in 2008 there are two additional Trims available which are Equinox Sport and Equinox LTZ. Chevy Equinox is offered in 2 transmission’s variants: Aisin AF33 automatic (5 speed) and GM 6T70 automatic (6-speed), while engine offered is one of the following engines: 3.4 L LNJ V6 & 3.6 L LY7 V6.
